Imaginex reviews return, exchange, and refund requests according to product condition, delivery timing, and order status.
Return or Exchange Eligibility
- Report wrong or damaged products within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with tags where applicable.
- Clearance, customized, or used products may not qualify for return.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed after product quality check.
- Refund timing depends on the original payment or agreed refund method.
